Character/group background

1. The group's backstory needs to be finalized. There currently is a general idea that you were all in a unit of an army. I think that this can be done once I find a place to start the group.

2. Individual backstories need to be created. I am not looking for much. A paragraph should do it. Things like... did you grow up on a farm or in the city (or a small village)... are you currently on the run or hiding from anything... is there a 'big secret' somewhere in your life. You get the idea.

Character creation - here we get into some rules and such. The following are limits for character creation only.

1. Actual characters are to be built on a 75 base with up to 75 points in disadvantages.

2. Characters can be 3 distinct types: normal, special/wild talent and magic user.

   a.  Normal - no powers or magic spells
   b.  Special or wild talent - one power bought how you want.
   c.  Magic user - you will be limited to spells/colleges laid out in the setting book.

3. Characters will be limited to 20 (maybe 25 or 30) character points that can be split among martial skills/abilities, powers, and magic.

4. Characters can only have bonuses/skills that add up to a +3 (you are supposed to be beginning adventurers).

5. Characters will start off with 5 hero points.

6. All disadvantages must be approved. (No more than 50pts in Psychological disadvantages)

7. Not all talents are available. Will review on a case-by-case basis.

Also, the above can be discussed if they are too restrictive.
